The word “goth” has almost been phased out in popular culture, replaced with “scene,” “emo,” and the like. This is rather unfortunate, all things considered: for while many goth males are irritating, pretentious, and pathetic, goth women have the potential to embody a very special, very unusual sort of hotness.
